The 101

The 101 on Prospect Hill was built in 1890, in the booming Western Iowa trade hub of Sioux City. It has stood strong for over 130 years, and has been given new life in 2022. The space is home to Council Oak Supply Company and serves as their headquarters and coffee roasting facility. Exposed brick, solid maple floors, and the aroma of coffee beans create a warm and inviting ambiance to set the tone for your next event.
