Frequently Asked Questions

Do you allow outside food and drink?

Yes we do. Food providers must follow local health codes and regulations. All food must come prepared and ready to serve.  We do not allow for food to be prepared in the building. Food trucks are permitted to prepare food inside their truck or trailer. Outside coffee is not allowed.

What is the seating capacity with the furniture on site?

There are a total of 46 chairs. 16 soft seating and 30 chairs at a table top. The space maximum capacity is 125.

Can we move furniture or bring in furniture for an event?

Yes and Yes. The renter is responsible for the moving of furniture and resetting the room as it was found. Any additional set up of furniture will be the responsibility of the renter.

Can you book an event for a full day?

Yes. You can book all of the sessions in one day and link them all together.

Is the space suited for weddings and wedding receptions?

Yes and no The space has held many of these events but it is important to remember that the facility does not have bride and groom suites for getting ready. We do no assist in the planning or set up for these events. We do not provide sound equipment or have the capability to have music played for dances. You will need to provide these items yourself. Lastly guests must respectful and courteous of the space and staff. If an attendee is intoxicated they will be asked to leave. We reserve the right to shutter any event at anytime if guests become destructive. 

Can the space be rented for fewer hours for a discounted rate?

No. The space is rented in sessions and not by the hour to avoid guest overlap and hectic move in and move out situations.

Do you allow adult beverages?

Yes. Beer, seltzers, and wine are permitted to be served. Overserving is strictly prohibited and monitored. Events can be shuttered by staff if hosts do not serve guests responsibly. No refunds will be given in this event.  Hard liquor is not permitted. 

Are there restrictions on decor?

We do not allow feathers, glitter, confetti, balloons with confetti or glitter, open flames, or candles.

Is there parking available?

Yes. There are roughly 12 to 14 spaces that are exclusive to the building with on street parking on w 3rd. st.  We frequently host events with 100 attendees, and the area accommodates the parking needs.
